As a Social Media Growth Manager , you’ll have the freedom to experiment, innovate, and implement cutting-edge strategies that challenge the world’s top 10 paid survey platforms. Key Responsibilities: Organic Growth Strategy: Develop a granular, full-scale social media growth plan targeting 2 million user registrations. Compete with the largest paid survey companies using advanced organic techniques. Continuously identify untapped growth opportunities across emerging platforms. Content Excellence: Create and manage high-performing content, including posts, stories, reels, videos, and infographics. Design viral campaigns, challenges, and interactive content that drive registrations. Ensure every piece of content resonates with the target audience and amplifies engagement. Community Building & Engagement: Build and nurture online communities on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Spark meaningful conversations to increase follower retention and conversions. Implement gamification and incentivization strategies to encourage user participation. Advanced Analytics & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, and custom dashboards. A/B test strategies to optimize engagement and user registration conversion rates. Leverage social listening tools to refine messaging and stay ahead of competitors. Emerging Technologies & Tools: Stay updated on algorithm changes and trends across social platforms to maximize organic reach. Utilize AI-based tools for automating and personalizing content creation and distribution. Employ growth hacking techniques to maximize user registrations at minimal cost. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Proven ability to grow user bases organically, with measurable success in achieving ambitious goals. Demonstrable experience in crafting viral campaigns and executing growth hacking strategies. Social Media Expertise: Mastery of algorithms on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook. Extensive knowledge of emerging platforms and how to leverage them for growth. Technical Skills: Proficient in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) and analytics platforms. Advanced understanding of automation tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later. Ability to reverse-engineer successful campaigns from industry leaders and apply best practices. Content Creation & Design: Exceptional skills in crafting visually stunning and highly shareable graphics and videos. Ability to write engaging, action-driven captions, blogs, and campaign messages. Strategic Thinking: Deep understanding of viral marketing, storytelling, and building a brand narrative. Proven ability to turn social media engagement into user registrations.
