Create and manage high-performing content (posts, reels, videos, etc.) that aligns with target audience preferences. Build and engage with online communities on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn to enhance retention and conversions. Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and Sprout Social to optimize strategies. Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to maximize reach. Qualifications : Minimum 1 year of experience in social media growth and user acquisition. Proven ability to create and execute successful organic campaigns with measurable results. Proficient in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) and analytics platforms. Strong understanding of social media algorithms and strategies for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Ideal Candidate : Analytical and data-driven mindset.
