Position Overview

The Creative Social Media Growth Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across various Social media platforms, with a focus on growing engagement, followers, and brand awareness for healthcare clients. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of social media trends to create content that resonates with healthcare audiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy

    : Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve client goals across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Content Creation & Curation

    : Develop creative and engaging content ideas (graphics, videos, posts) that reflect the unique needs of healthcare brands. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video producers to bring ideas to life.
  • Campaign Management

    : Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and patient inquiries for healthcare clients. Monitor performance and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
  • Creative Innovation

    : Stay ahead of social media trends, introducing new content formats and interactive strategies (stories, reels, polls, etc.) to keep client social media profiles fresh and engaging.
  • Analytics & Reporting

    : Track social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and others. Provide detailed reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Audience Engagement

    : Build and maintain strong online communities by responding to comments, messages, and reviews, and ensuring positive client reputation on social media.
  • Collaboration

    : Work closely with the digital marketing team to integrate social media strategies with broader digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, content marketing) and

    influencer marketing.

  • Paid Social Campaigns

    : Collaborate with the paid media team to develop and optimize paid social media campaigns for healthcare clients, ensuring a balance between organic and paid growth.
  • Brand Voice

    : Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all social platforms while tailoring content to resonate with different healthcare audiences.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in social media strategy and content creation, preferably in a digital agency or healthcare-related role.
  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving engagement across various platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a strong ability to translate healthcare concepts into engaging social media content.
  • Expertise in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling posts and captions.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices, especially within the healthcare sector.
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns is a plus.
