Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Growth Manager, based in Mohpa. The Social Media Growth Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engaging with the online community, analyzing social media metrics, and managing social media content. Daily tasks include crafting compelling posts, scheduling content, monitoring social media trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to align initiatives with broader company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating and implementing social media strategies
• Strong skills in content creation, including writing, designing, and video production
• Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends
• Ability to engage and grow online communities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate successfully with marketing and other departments
• Experience in the personal care or wellness industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
