Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager who can take complete ownership of our social media presence for our new product. This role involves everything from content ideation and planning to execution, scheduling, and performance tracking, with a strong focus on Instagram.

What You'll Do

• Own content ideation, planning, and execution for Instagram
• Develop content strategies aligned with brand and business goals
• Script reels and short-form video content with strong hooks
• Create and manage content calendars and posting schedules
• Research trends, formats, and platform-native content ideas
• Coordinate content shoots and on-ground executions when required
• Collaborate closely with design, video, and strategy teams
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual storytelling
• Monitor performance metrics and refine content strategy accordingly

Who You Are

• Minimum 3+ years of experience managing social media or content
• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, formats, and audience behavior
• Excellent at content ideation, scripting, and storytelling
• Comfortable with hands-on execution and ownership
• Creative, strategic, and adaptable across industries
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with content shooting and an understanding of editing workflows
• Familiarity with Meta trends, tools, and Instagram insights
• Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking
• Strong at pop culture references
