You will be the face and voice of Dextrus — the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors. Key Responsibilities Manage the Community Desk Welcome and greet visitors and members. Understand their needs, request a register entry and accordingly direct them Manage outgoing and incoming calls. Identify purpose and transfer messages as appropriate. Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, vendor bills, member parcels or mails etc. Center Operations Manage housekeeping and pantry staff with regular checklists and supervision with community managers. Maintain highest standards of maintenance, upkeep of the center, equipment, assets etc. according to Dextrus Service Standards & SOPs. Maintain strict Health, Safety, Cleanliness, Hygiene and Security protocols with 0% deviation in the centre. Inventory management of Food, Beverages, Stationery & Housekeeping supplies. Member Relations Managing member check-in tours, sales tours and CIF and sales inquiries Help members with meeting room bookings, additional requests, inquiries etc. Learn and help evolve the services offered to members, e.g changing pantry items, managing community boards etc Member onboarding, check-in and check-out procedures Ideating experiential events and community engagement activities. Operationally executing events as per set standards and requirements of the same Designing creatives and newsletters for events and internal communication Acquiring new services and offers for the members, organizing internal engagement focussed activities. Handling promotions and registration of events. Vendor Management Coordinating, acquiring and negotiating with vendors and getting job done under supervision and as per space standards. Overseeing AMC deliverables Managing tracking lists and documents What You’ll Bring 2–3 years of experience in coworking, hospitality, aviation, or front-desk operations. A graduate degree (any discipline). Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. Proficiency with Google Workspace and basic coordination tools. Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving. Bonus Points For Experience in customer-facing environments with strong service orientation. Role Overview: You are being hired as an Assistant Operations Manager at Dextrus, a design-led shared workspace brand in Mumbai, India. Dextrus is known for creating thoughtfully designed environments that balance style and comfort, professionalism and warmth. With a focus on upholding design and service standards, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting new build-outs, and ensuring service excellence across the centers. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the optimum functioning of existing centers and establish high-quality service standards. - Aid in creating thorough Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and managing all operational teams including Facilities, Security, Housekeeping, Tech, and F&B. - Conduct training and development for team members to ensure quality and consistency. - Manage center rosters, documentation, health, safety, cleanliness, hygiene, and security protocols. - Implement compliance with regulatory norms and demonstrate a good understanding of Electrical, HVAC & CCTV systems. - Work on reducing operational costs and execute client expansion and remodeling projects. - Collaborate with the design team for timely and accurate project execution. - Build contractor and vendor networks, manage vendors effectively, and demonstrate strong negotiation skills. Qualification Required: - 5-6 years of experience in operations, facility management, or service quality roles. - Graduate or Postgraduate degree. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Marathi & Hindi. - Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to balance multiple priorities efficiently. - Experience in coworking, hospitality, aviation, or facility management industries is a bonus. - Knowledge of compliance standards and exposure to project management and cost control is advantageous. - Hands-on leadership with a passion for continuous improvement is a plus.
