• Bring

  business storytelling

  to life through strong narrative edits, pacing, and creativity.
• Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, and audio that elevate content impact.
• Work closely with the founder on scripts and concepts, contributing your own creative ideas.
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short, engaging clips.
• Stay updated with social media trends and apply them to edits.

• Strong passion for

  video editing and content storytelling

• Prior experience in editing Reels/Shorts with

  proof of work/portfolio

• Skilled in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, After Effects, or similar).
• An eye for pacing, audience retention, and keeping viewers hooked.
