We’re hiring a Full-Time Content Video Editor to join our growing team at The Better Company (a creative wing of @Better Vision Media). If you live and breathe storytelling through video, and can turn brand and business stories into scroll-stopping, high-retention Reels , we want you on board! About the Role You’ll be the creative engine behind our Instagram handle @thebettercompany.tbc , transforming raw ideas and scripts into smart, engaging, and viral short-form videos . From crafting compelling hooks to adding crisp edits, your job will be to make every video better than the last one . What You’ll Do Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) tailored for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. Bring business storytelling to life through strong narrative edits, pacing, and creativity. Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, and audio that elevate content impact. Work closely with the founder on scripts and concepts, contributing your own creative ideas. Repurpose long-form content into multiple short, engaging clips. Stay updated with social media trends and apply them to edits. What We’re Looking For Strong passion for video editing and content storytelling . Prior experience in editing Reels/Shorts with proof of work/portfolio . Skilled in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, After Effects, or similar). An eye for pacing, audience retention, and keeping viewers hooked. Creativity to make edits sharper, cleaner, and better than what’s already on our channel.
