Role :- Social Media Content Manager

Responsibilities

● Lead the overall content calendar and manage the workflows of the content team.

● Collaborate with creators, writers, and editors to develop platform-specific content strategies.

● Conduct market research and audience analysis to inform content direction.

● Develop storytelling-based content series that drive engagement and lead generation.

● Define, track, and optimize KPIs (reach, engagement, CTRs, lead conversions) across platforms.

● Ensure creative alignment between visuals and copy to maintain brand consistency.

● Stay updated on digital and social trends to recommend fresh content angles and formats.

● Strong understanding of platform-specific content strategies (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).

● Expertise in storytelling, hooks, and serial content creation to drive audience engagement.

● Ability to lead a team with clarity, organization, and creative direction.

● Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize content.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills across creative and marketing teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

● 3+ years of experience in social media or content management roles.

● Experience with B2C or DTC brands.

● Familiarity with copywriting frameworks such as AIDA, PAS, and STAR.

● Proven track record in growing social audiences and converting them into qualified leads.

● Strong creative vision paired with strategic and analytical thinking.
