Job Title: Site Head - Contact Centre Management
Location: Hybrid
About the Role:
We are looking for a Site Head - Contact Centre with strong experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector to join us in a leadership capacity. This is not just a job its an opportunity to co-create , lead , and scale operations, sales strategies, and customer experience initiatives.
If you are passionate about driving business growth, building processes from the ground up, and mentoring teams while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid/freelance model, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a business partner to shape operations and sales strategies within the BFSI space.
* Build and optimize customer experience frameworks to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
* Lead process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and productivity.
* Drive sales growth strategies , helping achieve business objectives.
* Act as a mentor/coach to the internal team for skill development and performance.
* Work closely with leadership on strategic planning and execution.
* Provide regular insights , reports , and recommendations for business growth.
Who We’re Looking For:
* Experienced professional 12+ years in Operations, Sales Strategy, Customer Experience, or similar leadership roles within BFSI.
* Entrepreneurial mindset – someone who enjoys co-owning outcomes, not just tasks.
* Strong decision-maker with problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
* Excellent relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach.
* Comfortable working in a hybrid / freelance capacity with ownership and accountability.
