Cinema Manager

Eligibility criteria & Job role:

Graduate/Post Graduate (Hotel Management Graduates shall be preferred).
Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a shift Manager/Restaurant General Manager/F&B head or heading cinema entertainment
Well-versed in Cinema/Restaurant/QSR Operations / Handling Showbiz & preparation of PPT.
Understanding of business financials/ROI/EBITA
Clear understanding of safety measures
Team handling experience & driven business/responsible for topline/Bottomline
One must be mobile and open for mentioned Location/City.
Experience in F&B is preferred.

Essentials of the Role:

This profile shall be responsible for the overall performance of the property.
Shall monitor overall customer satisfaction of the Cinema.
Assist in developing new operations procedures and policies to improve operations standards.
Profitability

Operational Round with Area Head & Zonal Head.
Final Round with Regional COO & Head of People Operations.
