Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure overall

  financial performance

  of the cinema/unit (SPH, ATP, Strike Rate, and revenue KPIs).
• Track and direct

  daily cinema performance

  through SOP implementation and monitoring of Box Office, Concessions, LAM, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive

  Local Area Marketing (LAM)

  to increase admissions and establish Starline as a preferred entertainment destination.
• Enhance

  sales and profitability

  through effective operational and marketing initiatives.
• Manage and control

  COGS

  to optimize margins.
• Handle

  customer complaints

  promptly and ensure service excellence.
• Ensure

  SOP compliance

  , achieve

  Quality Audit

  benchmarks, and meet

  Mystery Audit

  standards.
• Plan and implement

  On-the-Job Training (OJT)

  and operational training for Duty Managers and staff to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage

  attrition

  through team engagement and motivation initiatives.
• Execute

  corporate and local marketing drives

  effectively.
• Monitor and report

  site performance

  accurately and take corrective actions when needed.
• Liaise with

  local authorities (Govt./Police/Developers)

  for smooth operations and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with all verticals for asset upkeep and system availability.
  
• Foster

  cross-functional collaboration

  for cohesive cinema performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in

  P&L handling

  and cinema operations management.
• Strong understanding of

  Box Office, Concessions, Projection, and Customer Service

  functions.
• Working knowledge of

  Projection machines/software

  preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
