Job Description

Position Manufacturing Leader

Location- Bangalore

Expereince-10 to 20Years

Job Responsibilities :

Understand & strategies the plan and support to successfully deliver and mid-term business plan with safety first and zero defect quality mindset.
Motivate innovations and creativity in plants, enforcer of PDCA process and manufacturing concepts.
Build up End to end supply chain by connecting with other functions (PLW, Sales, Marketing, Commercial etc)
Should manage end to end operations in the manufacturing
Experience in Greenfield preferred.
Willingness to travel
Extensive work on SAP.

Must-Haves for the Role:

BTech or BE (Full Time).
Min 10 year experience in managing operations & technical expertise.
A leader with expertise in people management.
Should manage end to end operations in the manufacturing
Good people management skills with team management and work individually as well
Manitain good safety leadership culture.
Strategic and creative thinking
Managing mentoring skills & develop talent and move the organization towards an End to end supply chain mindset.
Boosting up the team on all levels with all aspects.
Experience in networking skills to build relationships across all over the region.
Sounds Knowledge of Operational management.
