Key Responsibilities Areas (KRAs):

  1. Own E2E (End-to-End) Quality, Admin, Procurement &

    Operations

    :
    • You will be responsible for managing every aspect of hospital operations, ensuring high standards of quality in service and administration. This also includes overseeing procurement (buying necessary supplies and equipment).
  2. Ensure Process Orientation/Implementation Across All Functions

    :
    • You are expected to streamline processes, ensuring that all hospital departments (clinical and non-clinical) follow systematic procedures.
  3. Automate Processes & Cross-functional Dependencies

    :
    • The role involves introducing automation tools to make processes more efficient, ensuring departments work seamlessly with each other.
  4. Bring Time-bound and Clear Improvements in Patient Experience Feedback

    :
    • One of your main goals will be to enhance the patient experience, likely by gathering and acting on patient feedback to improve service quality.
  5. Improve Business Margins and Drive Efficiencies Across Functions

    :
    • You are tasked with optimizing hospital resources (staff, equipment, etc.) to reduce costs while increasing profitability and operational efficiency.

Required Background and Experience

  1. Experience in Leading Projects/Teams in Hospital Quality, Admin &

    Operations

    :
    • You should have a background in managing similar operations within a hospital setting, specifically focused on improving quality and efficiency.
  2. Track Record of Achievements in Improving Efficiencies and Margins

    :
    • The hiring team is looking for someone who has demonstrated success in streamlining operations, cutting costs, and increasing profitability in previous roles.
