Operations Head

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the tours and travels division.
• Supervise booking processes for domestic and international travel packages, transport, and accommodation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and agents for seamless travel arrangements.
• Ensure quality service delivery and handle customer queries or complaints effectively.
• Monitor team performance and ensure operational targets are met.
• Implement efficient operational strategies to improve productivity and customer experience.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and ensure profitability of operations.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to tours and travel activities.
• Train, guide, and support the operations team for better service outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Tourism, Travel Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Tours & Travels Operations role.
• Strong knowledge of travel industry operations, booking systems, and vendor management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask, plan, and manage team operations efficiently.
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail and customer focus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
