Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations across API bookings, customer service, team management and fulfilment to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery Build, manage, and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Partner with product, tech, and marketing teams to ensure smooth integration of operations with platform features. Establish and track KPIs across service quality, turnaround time, and cost efficiency. Manage relationships with travel suppliers and clients Develop and implement SOPs, automation strategies, and risk control mechanisms. Lead, mentor, and scale existing operations team, drive continuous improvement for existing team using data analytics and customer feedback Qualifications & Skills: 8-10 years of experience in operations within travel online services. Strong understanding of travel industry dynamics, booking platforms, and supplier ecosystems. Proven experience in scaling tech-driven operations. Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Data-driven decision-making approach Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
