As an experienced and dynamic Operations Head, your role will involve overseeing daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning across departments. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize processes and achieve organizational goals. Leading, motivating, and managing the sales team to drive performance and achieve targets will be a key aspect of your role.
