About the Role

Operations Head

Key Responsibilities

  1. Multi-Property Operations Management

    • Oversee and manage operations across different resort/hotel properties.
    • Must be open to travel frequently between properties as per the rotation schedule.

      Maintain High Operational Standards

    • Ensure that each property follows the companys service standards, hygiene protocols, and SOPs.
    • Conduct regular audits for Housekeeping, Front Office, Kitchen, Maintenance, and F&B operations.
  2. Team Training & Development

    • Train on-ground teams in:
      • Cleanliness & Hygiene Standards
      • Property Upkeep & Preventive Maintenance
      • Guest Service and Check-in/Check-out Etiquette
      • On-Site Culture & Behavior Standards
    • Continuously motivate and enhance staff performance.
  3. Leadership & Culture Building

    • Be a role model and set the right work culture at every property.
    • Promote discipline, teamwork, accountability, and guest-first attitude.
  4. Problem Solving & Escalation Handling

    • Act as the first point of contact for operational challenges.
    • Provide timely support and ensure disruptions are minimized.
  5. Policy Adherence & Compliance

    • Ensure all properties follow company rules, systems, policies, and reporting procedures.
  6. Guest Relationship & Grievance Handling

    • Address escalated guest concerns and resolve them effectively to maintain guest satisfaction and ratings.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as

    Operations Head / Operations Manager

    in hospitality (Hotels/Resorts preferred).
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to train, motivate and lead teams across multiple locations.
  • Should be comfortable with

    frequent travel

    .
  • Should be well-organized, proactive, and guest-service oriented.
