Role & responsibilities Management of Mall and Leasing Drive revenue growth through leasing strategy, tenant mix optimization, and commercial initiatives. Oversee lease negotiations in coordination with leasing teams and legal advisors. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to maintain competitiveness. Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the mall, including security, housekeeping, parking, and facilities management. Oversee maintenance of all infrastructure, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance. Implement operational best practices to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5-10 years of experience in retail asset management, shopping mall management, or commercial real estate leasing. Proven leadership experience managing large teams and complex operations. Strong background in budgeting, leasing, and commercial negotiations. Leading a team of HR professionals and is responsible for shaping and executing HR strategies that align with the institutes vision. Key Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day HR activities of all four verticals. Ensures the success of a company by developing and promoting effective HR strategies. Collaborate with management team to craft HR processes and Policies. Develop strategic HR plans and executing them. Hire, guide and evaluate the work of HR team members Responsible for overseeing the Recruitment /talent acquisition Induction for new employees, compensation and benefits, performance reviews and handling healthy employee relations.
