Position: Operations Head

Location: Pune Chikhali

Experience: 11-15 years in overseeing complete plant operations

Preferred Industry: Oil and Gas or Project-Based Companies

We are seeking an Operations Head for an immediate opening in Pune, specifically in the Pune Chikhali region. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in managing plant operations, with a strong preference for experience in the Oil and Gas or Project-Based industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute plans to efficiently manage day-to-day plant operations.

- Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) to meet and exceed customer expectations.

- Evaluate project and resource requirements to optimize operational efficiency.

- Estimate, negotiate, and establish budgets and timescales for effective management.

- Guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

- Establish and uphold Quality Assurance standards to deliver exceptional product quality.

- Oversee planning and production processes to maximize productivity.

- Skill fully renegotiate timescales or schedules when necessary.

- Maintain the Re-ordering Limit (ROL) for agreed-upon finished goods to sustain inventory levels.

- Organize the maintenance and repair of production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.

- Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Purchase, Engineering, Sales, Planning, and Production.

- Supervise and guide junior staff to enhance team performance.

- Plan and organize training sessions to foster skill development.

- Take on the responsibility for supply chain management, production, subcontracting, and store activities.

This position is a critical leadership role in overseeing and optimizing plant operations within the specified industries.
