Head of Operations – Job Description

Must have 6+ years of Experience (Hotel industry preferred)

1. Role Purpose

The Head of Operations leads, manages, and continuously improves all hotel operational

departments, ensuring smooth daily functioning,

guest satisfaction, process discipline, staff capability, and strong accountability across all

teams. The role exists to stabilise operations,

strengthen HOD performance, and free the General Manager to focus on revenue and

strategic leadership.

2. Reporting Structure

Reports to: General Manager / CEO

Leads: F&B Service, Banquets & Events, Housekeeping (Rooms + Public Areas), Front Office,

Security, Engineering & Maintenance,

Inventory & Stores, Kitchen Stewarding, Duty Managers (Day & Night), Transportation,

Guest Services, Wellness (operational coordination)

Coordinates with: Sales, Reservations, Marketing, Finance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,659.98 - ₹66,312.13 per month

Work Location: In person
