Title : Site Engineer Years of exp : 2 + Years Location : Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi Mode Of Work: Work From Office, 6 days Role & Responsibility As a Site Engineer specializing in HVAC, you will oversee and manage HVAC system installations and maintenance on various construction sites. You will ensure that all HVAC systems are installed correctly, function efficiently, and meet all safety and quality standards. Your role will involve working closely with project managers, contractors, and other engineers to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. Key Responsibilities: ● Site Management: Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and schedules. ● Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support for HVAC system design, installation, and troubleshooting. ● Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and tests to ensure HVAC systems meet design specifications and quality standards. ● Safety Compliance: Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards. Promote a culture of safety on-site. ● Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution. ● Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of project progress, including installation reports, test results, and compliance documentation. ● Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any technical or operational issues that arise during the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems. ● Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status. Knowledge & Skills: ● Understanding of mechanical systems such as: 1. HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) 2. Knowledge of Tonnage & CFMS of Air conditining / Makes & their models 3. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, isometric diagrams, and layouts. 4. Knowledge of piping layouts, ducting, and equipment installation standards ( Optional ) 5. Understanding of material specifications and mechanical components ( HVAC + Electrical ) 6. Familiarity with BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material take-off. On- Site Execution: ● Supervision of mechanical works at site including: 1. Equipment alignment and commissioning 2. Coordination with subcontractors & Contactors as per schedule 3. Ensuring site work is as per design and project schedule. 4. Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. 5. Conducting daily site reports, material tracking, and progress updates Soware Skills: ● Basic proficiency in AutoCAD (for reviewing and marking up mechanical layouts). ● MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation. So Skills: ● Good communication skills for coordination with site teams and engineers. ● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. ● Teamwork and leadership potential for managing labor teams with Multi tasking Spirit.
