The Deputy Manager for the Technical Centre of Excellence, designated as SH-TechnicalTraining-HCGA, plays a pivotal role in driving the technical training initiatives within the organization. This position requires a deep understanding of API and ISO standards specific to pipe manufacturing, ensuring that all training programs align with these industry benchmarks. The role involves leading with vision and maintaining a strong customer focus to ensure that training initiatives meet both organizational and client needs. The Deputy Manager is responsible for fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, promoting interdependencies among team members to enhance collaboration. Additionally, the role demands a commitment to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring that all training activities contribute to the organization's overall safety and quality objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling them to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
Develop and implement technical training programs to ensure employees possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectivelybr Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs and gaps in the organization and design appropriate training programs to address these needsbr Manage the training budget and resources ensuring costeffective allocation and utilizationbr Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvementbr Foster a culture of learning and development within the organization promoting the importance of continuous professional growthbr Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards including API and ISO for Pipe manufacturingbr Collaborate with other departments to understand their training needs and develop suitable training solutionsbr Lead with vision and customer focus ensuring that all training initiatives align with the organizations strategic objectives and customer needsbr Promote a culture of quality health safety and environmental orientation within the organizationbr Demonstrate strong business and commercial acumen understanding the impact of training initiatives on the organizations bottom linebr Utilize strong analytical skills to solve problems make informed decisions and drive the organizations successbr Maintain uptodate knowledge of accounting terms for the manufacturing industry to ensure accurate financial planning and managementbr Encourage interdependencies within the team fostering a collaborative and supportive work environmentbr Show commitment to the organization demonstrating a high level of dedication and loyaltybr Act as a functional expert in operation and QAQC for the Pipe Industry providing guidance and support to other team members as needed
