This position requires a deep understanding of API and ISO standards specific to pipe manufacturing, ensuring that all training programs align with these industry benchmarks. The role involves leading with vision and maintaining a strong customer focus to ensure that training initiatives meet both organizational and client needs. The Deputy Manager is responsible for fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, promoting interdependencies among team members to enhance collaboration. Additionally, the role demands a commitment to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring that all training activities contribute to the organization's overall safety and quality objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling them to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.Principal Accountabilities
