We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead - ITSM with to 0 years of experience to join our team
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and technical leadership

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow ITSM modules, including incident, problem, change, and knowledge management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT service management processes and workflows
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on ServiceNow ITSM best practices and configurations
Develop and maintain documentation of ServiceNow ITSM configurations, workflows, and processes
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow ITSM implementations
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT service management

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of IT service management principles, processes, and technologies
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM module implementation, configuration, and customization
Excellent technical leadership and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks
