Job Description

Project Role :Deployment Lead
Project Role Description :Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary:As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various project teams to manage interdependencies, ensuring alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitoring progress through the deployment plan. You will also oversee work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, and resource allocation to ensure a successful deployment process. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and ensure everyone is aligned with the deployment objectives.

Continuously assess and refine deployment strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have
Skills:

Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.

Strong understanding of integration processes and methodologies.

Experience with project management tools and techniques.

Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
