Software Development Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly sprint planning and refinements.
  
• Work closely with a small, dynamic development team.
  
• Provide technical leadership, ensuring strong architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
  
• Support project planning, effort estimation, and on-time delivery.
  
• Drive continuous improvement through new tools, processes, and methodologies.
  
• Lead core development activities and contribute to solution design.
  
• Collaborate with BAs and Operations to understand requirements.
  
• Share regular progress updates on development and releases.
  
• Support out-of-hours product deployments when required.
  

Core Technical Competencies

• 5+ years as a Full Stack Developer.
  
• Strong in Agile/Scrum development.
  
• Hands-on with ASP.NET Zero, Angular, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML.
  
• Expertise in .NET & C#.
  
• Experience with BigQuery, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
  
• Knowledge of Redis, Elasticsearch integration.
  
• Experience in Google Cloud (Kubernetes, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions).
  
• UI/UX understanding for intuitive interfaces.
  
• CI/CD pipeline experience.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-team collaboration skills.
  
• Continuous learner, updated with .NET and Angular technologies.
