Role & responsibilities Cloud Infrastructure Management : Manage and optimize AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, and IAM). Implement strategies for scalability, cost optimization, and monitoring. Support Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, Teams). Automation, Provisioning & Security : Automate infrastructure provisioning using Cloud Formation, Terraform, and AWS CLI. Enforce IAM policies, encryption standards, and access controls. Perform compliance checks against ISO 27001, GDPR, and DPDP. Disaster Recovery & Backup : Implement enterprise-wide disaster recovery plans with RTO & RPO objectives. Conduct periodic DR drills and backup validations. Vulnerability Management & Security Posture : Conduct VAPT using Nessus, NMAP, Kali Linux, OWASP ZAP. Ensure timely OS, firewall, and application patching. Manage IDS/IPS, endpoint protection (Bitdefender, Symantec), and firewall rules (SonicWALL TZ series). Infrastructure & Network Administration : Manage Windows (20082019) & Linux (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu) servers. Oversee Active Directory, Group Policy, WSUS, and Azure AD. Configure firewalls, VPNs, NAT, and routing. Applications & ITSM Tools : Deploy, configure, and maintain Freescout Application (Helpdesk) . Manage ERPNext for enterprise workflows (HR, Finance, Inventory, Projects). Automate workflows and service requests in Manage Engine Service Desk Plus. Integrate Power Tools & Plugins for improved operational efficiency. Monitoring & Performance : Monitor infrastructure using SolarWinds, Cacti, Log360, and PHP Server Monitor. Optimize application performance and reduce downtime. Database & Storage Management : Administer PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases. Ensure database security, replication, backup, and restore. Scripting & DevOps Practices : Automate repetitive tasks with Bash, PowerShell, and Python scripts. Support CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments. Client Communication & Documentation : Present IT infrastructure security posture and compliance reports to stakeholders. Maintain SOPs, DR Runbooks, IT asset inventories, and ISO documentation. Firewalls: SonicWALL TZ500, TZ300 (HA configuration, management). Network Security: IDS/IPS, Content Filtering, Routing, NAT, VPN configuration. Security Patch Management: Regular updates, version control, and patching for all systems. Operating Systems: Windows Desktop: Windows 7, 8.1, 10. Windows Server: Active Directory, Group Policy, WSUS, FSMO roles. Linux Desktop: Linux Mint. Linux Server: Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu. Database Management: PostgreSQL: Query design, optimization, backups, and security management. MongoDB: Database configuration and management. Networking & Monitoring: Web Servers: Apache, Tomcat, IIS, NGINX. Monitoring Tools: Cacti, PHP Server Monitor, SolarWinds. Bandwidth Analyzer: Monitoring traffic, bandwidth, and performance metrics. Cloud-based Applications & Services: Exchange Mail Server: Cloud-based solutions for email management and security. Freescout: Helpdesk management application setup and integration. ManageEngine Service Desk Plus: ITSM tool for ticketing, change management, and workflow automation. SharePoint: Administration and configuration of SharePoint sites. Logging & Analysis: Log Management: Adiscon (Centralized Log Analyzer), Log360 (log monitoring and security auditing). Backup & Disaster Recovery: Backup Solutions: Disaster recovery drills, backup strategies, RTO & RPO planning. Scripting & Automation: Shell Scripting: Bash, PowerShell for task automation, system management, and troubleshooting. AWS Automation: CloudFormation, Terraform, AWS CLI for provisioning and scaling. Compliance & Documentation: ISO Documentation: Compliance documentation, security audits, and reports (ISO 27001, GDPR). Disaster Recovery (BCP): Regular recovery drills and backup management. Security & Application Testing: OWASP Top 10: Application vulnerability scanning and remediation. Security Tools: LDAP integration, firewall rules, intrusion detection/prevention systems. Additional Skills: Identity Management: Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP integration for secure access management. Client Communication: Explaining security practices, cloud architecture, and risk management to clients. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:- B.E / B. Tech, BSC & BCA. ITIL Certification is added. YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:- Minimum of 3 years of IT security experience in designing and implementing security solutions and Managing Infrastructure. REMUNERATION: Best in the industry
