Job Description

Role Overview: As the Software Development Team Lead at IntouchCX, you will play a crucial role in the Product Development team. Your responsibilities will include aligning the team for functionalities development and ensuring timely delivery of tasks. You will be involved in integrating user-facing elements, writing efficient code, and designing high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities: - Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic - Write reusable, testable, and efficient code - Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications - Implement security and data protection - Integrate data storage solutions such as databases, key-value stores, and blob stores - Understand asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds - Ensure accessibility and security compliance - Manage user authentication and authorization across multiple systems - Integrate multiple data sources and databases into a unified system - Apply fundamental design principles for scalable applications - Optimize output for different delivery platforms (mobile vs. desktop) - Create database schemas supporting business processes - Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Developer - Expertise in SDLC process and relevant documentation - Experience in Encryption/Decryption mechanisms - Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, NodeJS, React, Express, StrongLoop, Sequelize, etc. - Familiarity with server-side templating languages and CSS preprocessors - Basic knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML5 and CSS3 - Understanding of code versioning tools like Git and SVN - Experience in developing dynamic graphs and reports - Working knowledge of NodeJS, Python, HTML, CSS, MongoDB, MSSQL/MySQL, ReactJS, AngularJS, and other programming languages - Strong communication, technical understanding, and teamwork skills - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities,
