Software Development Team Lead

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Lead end-to-end software development projects using MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) and MEAN (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node.js) stacks.

• Architect, design, and implement scalable, high-performance web applications and APIs.

• Develop and maintain cloud-native applications leveraging AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch).

• Implement AI and Machine Learning solutions to enhance business applications (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP, automation workflows).

• Drive full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle): requirements gathering, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Follow ISO 27001 security standards, ensuring applications comply with OWASP Top 10 and industry best practices.

• Perform code reviews, vulnerability assessments, and remediation of application-level security gaps.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA teams, and DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery.

• Mentor and guide development staff, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.

• Design and optimize PostgreSQL and MongoDB queries for performance and scalability.

• Manage disaster recovery planning and backup strategies for applications and data.

• Maintain detailed project documentation, technical SOPs, and architecture diagrams.

• Provide technical leadership in client discussions, requirement workshops, and solution demonstrations.

TECHNICAL SKILLSET:-

• Programming & Frameworks: MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), MEAN (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node.js), TypeScript, REST APIs, GraphQL.
• Cloud: AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, VPC, IAM, Route53, Elastic Beanstalk).
• AI/ML Tools: Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, AWS SageMaker, AI API integrations.
• Security & Compliance: ISO 27001, OWASP Top 10, Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (Nessus, Nmap, Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP).
• Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• DevOps Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform.
• Web Servers & API Gateways: NGINX, Apache, AWS API Gateway.
• Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket.
• Other Skills: Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, Microservices Architecture, Containerization, Serverless Applications.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:-

• B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc (Computer Science) / BCA / MCA.

• Certifications preferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AI/ML Specialty, ITIL.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:-

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Software Development (MERN/MEAN stack, Cloud, AI/ML).

• At least 3 years in a Technical Lead / Managerial role with team handling.
