Job Description

You will be joining IntouchCX, a global leader in customer experience management, digital engagement, and AI and automation solutions. The Software Development Team Lead role within the growing Product Development team will involve aligning the team for functionalities development and ensuring timely delivery of tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic - Write reusable, testable, and efficient code - Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications - Implement security and data protection - Integrate data storage solutions, such as databases, key-value stores, and blob stores - Understand asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds - Ensure accessibility and security compliance - Manage user authentication and authorization across multiple systems - Integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system - Apply fundamental design principles for scalable applications - Optimize output for different delivery platforms - Create database schemas supporting business processes - Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Developer - Proficiency in SDLC process and relevant documentation - Knowledge of Encryption/Decryption mechanisms - Experience in TypeScript - Strong skills in JavaScript, NodeJS, React, Express, StrongLoop, Sequelize, etc. - Familiarity with server-side templating languages and CSS preprocessors - Basic understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5 and CSS3 - Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN - Experience in developing visually appealing graphs and reports - Working knowledge in NodeJS, JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, MSSQL/MySQL, MongoDB - Experience with ReactJS and AngularJS is an added advantage - Knowledge of Object-Oriented programming languages like JAVA or .NET is a plus - Effective communication, technical understanding, and teamwork skills - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities,
