Job Description

As a software industry leader, Flexera is dedicated to transforming the industry with a team of over 50,000 customers worldwide. Your role will involve providing product improvements in security, stability, and performance for enterprise software applications. You will be responsible for constructing automation test frameworks for both existing and new code, demonstrating technical leadership in design patterns, code quality, and fostering collaboration within the team and organization. Moreover, you will lead and mentor other software engineers to achieve team goals. To excel in this role, you should have 1-2 years of hands-on software development team lead experience and 2-4 years of working experience with .Net, Java, and SQL programming. Your attention to quality, solid foundation in software testing, understanding of automation test approaches, and proficiency in CICD pipelines will be crucial. Additionally, your superb communication skills will enable effective collaboration within and across teams.
