Software Development Team Lead

Key Responsibilities: - Provide product improvements in security, stability, and performance for an enterprise software application. - Construct automation test framework for existing code base and new code additions. - Demonstrate technical leadership in design patterns, code quality, and collaboration within the team and organization. - Lead and mentor other software engineers towards achieving team goals. Qualifications Required: - 1~2 years of hands-on software development team lead experience. - 2~4 years of working experience with .Net, Java, and SQL programming. - Excellent attention to quality with a solid foundation in software testing. - Good understanding of automation test approach and CICD pipeline. - Superb communication skills for effective collaboration within and across teams.
