We at Coforge are hiring ServiceNow IRM Developers with the following skillset:

• Apply technical knowledge to drive outcomes for customers.
• Ability to work & problem - solve independently on initiatives that align with the broader software engineering strategy.
• Proficient at designing solutions within the core framework of software products within the team.
• Participate in low - level design for the product area within the team.
• Designing, building & maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules based on best practices.
• Assisting in the design, configuration, customization, development & testing of ServiceNow applications, specifically focused on Integrated Risk Management (IRM) & Security Operations (SecOps), including the following applications: IRM - Policy and Compliance Management, IRM - Risk Management, IRM - Vendor Risk Management, IRM - Audit Management & SecOps - Vulnerability Response
• Providing support and / or troubleshooting for existing ServiceNow applications, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management & Knowledge Management.
• Documenting development work, creating technical documentation & participating in knowledge - sharing activities.
• Participate in team collaboration sessions to provide technical expertise to solve a problem / remove technical roadblocks for the team.
• Participate in product planning & implementation, helping teams understand and decompose work.
• Working with stakeholders to understand & gather requirements for ServiceNow development projects.
• Ensures data quality under the guidance of a more senior team member or manager.
• Participating in quality assurance testing & debugging of ServiceNow applications.
• Staying current with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities & best practices.
• Works on most phases of application development independently but works under the direction of a more senior team member or manager.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, MIS, mathematics, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, including application development, configuration & customization.
• Solid understanding of databases.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS & other web development technologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL & IT service management principles.
• Excellent problem - solving skills & the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Experience developing user stories via refinement.
• Experience with test case development, automation & execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• ServiceNow development experience in workflows, business rules, client scripts, script includes & UI policies, security rules, etc.
• Experience with other scripting languages, such as Python, PowerShell, or AngularJS.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations like LDAP, SSO, or other third-party applications.
• ServiceNow upgrades & patch management experience.
• Demonstrated deep expertise in one or more Information Security domains.
• Understanding Information Security policies, standards, processes & risk appetites.
• ITIL Certification.
