Job Title: ServiceNow IRM Developer

Work Location:

Relevant Experience:

5+ YearsWe are seeking an experienced

ServiceNow IRM Developer

with strong hands-on expertise in Integrated Risk Management modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing IRM solutions, enabling organizations to automate risk, compliance, and resilience processes on the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Expertise

5+ years of relevant experience specifically in ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management).
Strong hands-on knowledge and implementation experience in:

Operational Risk Management (ORM)
Audit Management
Policy & Compliance Management
Continuous Authorization & Monitoring
Operational Resilience Management
Regulatory Change Management

Technical & Integration Skills

Experience integrating Virtual Agent / Chatbot capabilities with IRM modules.
Ability to build, customize, and extend IRM applications using ServiceNow’s platform capabilities.

Additional Capabilities

Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality configurations.
Good problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Role Responsibilities

Design, develop, and configure solutions within the ServiceNow IRM suite.
Implement risk and compliance workflows, assessments, dashboards, and reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable IRM solutions.
Integrate IRM modules with other ServiceNow applications and external systems where required.
Support testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of IRM configurations and processes.
