About the Role: 

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer with strong integration experience to lead design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications and integrations with third-party platforms. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and custom applications, with hands-on experience in REST/SOAP integrations, scripting, and workflow automation. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations 

• Implement and maintain REST and SOAP integrations with external systems (e.g. CMDB, HR, AD, monitoring tools).

• Customize ServiceNow forms, workflows, client/server scripts, UI policies, and business rules 

• Develop integration solutions using IntegrationHub, MID servers, webservices, and customer APIs. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, infrastructure, operations) to gather requirements and deliver solutions 

• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, system design, and security compliance 

• Participate in ServiceNow platform upgrades, patching, and release management

• Document solutions and create SOPs and technical design documents 

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers 

Required skills & Qualifications 

• 7-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration 

• Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems 

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting 

• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, MID server, REST/SOAP APIs 

• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM or HRSD 

• Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and platform architecture 

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies 

• Experience with CMDB integrations with SCCM, Solarwinds, Qualys or anyother tools 

• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/DB for ServiceNow 

• Exposure to ServiceNow App Engine and Scoped Applications 

• Knowledge of ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) 

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment 

• Stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering skills
