Key Responsibilities
L1 to L1.5 Support Scope:
• Issue Triage & Logging: Categorize and prioritize incidents or service requests from suppliers and internal users.
• Basic Troubleshooting: Resolve common issues (e.g., login failures, navigation errors, data visibility) or escalate complex cases.
• Interface Monitoring: Conduct daily/weekly checks on inbound/outbound SMART transactions and master data flows.
• User Access Management: Handle provisioning, persona/group setup, and access troubleshooting.
• Master Data Support: Assist with manual data setup, mapping, and maintenance.
• Process Coordination: Liaise with Business Unit SPOCs and deployment teams for process-related queries.
• Knowledge Management: Maintain SOPs and share knowledge with L1 teams for smoother transitions.
• Support Coverage: 24x7 availability expected.
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of SMART by GEP modules: sourcing, contracting, procure-to-pay, user management.
• Experience with backend data corrections, template setup, and writing SQL queries.
• Familiarity with integration landscapes and troubleshooting interface errors.
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, JDE, Oracle).
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, multi-vendor environment.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support roles involving SMART by GEP or similar platforms.
• ITIL framework knowledge preferred.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
