Technical SEO Specialist

About The Role

• Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits and provide prioritized remediation roadmaps addressing crawlability, indexability, canonicalization, and site architecture.
• Lead site migration planning and execution: URL mapping, 301 redirect strategy, pre/post-launch QA, and traffic/index monitoring.
• Implement and validate structured data, hreflang, XML sitemaps, and canonical tags to improve SERP features and international indexing.
• Diagnose and optimize Core Web Vitals and page speed issues using Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, and front-end performance profiling; coordinate fixes with engineering.
• Conduct server log analysis and crawl budget management; surface bot behavior and indexing issues and work with DevOps/CDN teams for remediation.
• Create dashboards and regular reports using GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools to track organic KPIs, A/B test results, and technical improvements.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical SEO for enterprise or large-scale websites, including migrations and international sites.
• Hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they impact SEO (rendering, dynamic content, client-side routing).
• Experience with server log analysis and understanding of crawl behavior and crawl budget optimization.
• Strong analytical ability with GA4 and Search Console to translate data into action.
• On-site availability in India and demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
• Familiarity with CDN, server configuration (Nginx/Apache), and redirect handling.
  

Preferred

• Experience with BigQuery or other large-scale analytics platforms for SEO data analysis.
• Certification such as Google Analytics Individual Qualification or equivalent SEO training.
• Prior agency experience or working on multi-domain enterprise portfolios.
