Job Overview: The Senior Vice President of Investment Operations (SVP) will be a core member of the company's senior management team, fully responsible for investment operations and strategy execution, ensuring the efficient, compliant, and secure execution of investment processes. This position requires coordinating cross-departmental resources, optimizing investment processes, risk control, and data analysis, and supporting global investment business expansion and organizational capability building.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Execution and Investment Planning
Translate the company's investment strategy into actionable investment operation plans and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure the implementation of investment objectives and strategies.
Support the senior management team in driving global investment deployment and new business development.
Investment Operations Management and Process Optimization
Establish and optimize the investment operations system, process standardization, and performance evaluation mechanisms.
Improve cross-departmental investment execution efficiency and optimize cost and resource allocation.
Drive the digitalization, automation, and data-driven decision-making of the investment process.
Risk, Compliance, and Security Management
Ensure that investment operations comply with global regulatory, compliance, and information security requirements.
Work with the legal, risk control, and compliance teams to establish transparency. A Controllable Investment Management System
Conduct regular investment process risk assessments and internal reviews
Team and Organizational Development
Lead the investment operations team and build a high-performance culture
Develop key talent and enhance the professional capabilities and execution of the investment team
Promote cross-departmental collaboration and build a learning and agile organization
Enhancing Investment Value and Client Experience
Work with product, client success, and research teams to optimize investment products and service experiences
Utilize investment and client data analytics to improve investment performance and client satisfaction
Identify innovative investment opportunities and drive investment process and product optimization
Job Requirements:
Over 20 years of experience in investment operations, investment management, or general management, with at least 5 years in a senior management position (e.g., SVP/VP/COO
Familiar with investment operation models and regulatory requirements in the financial, technology, or digital asset industries.
Possesses cross-regional, multi-business line investment operation management experience, capable of supporting global investment deployment.
Excellent strategic thinking, execution, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree or above (Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related majors); MBA/EMBA preferred.
Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-departmental management skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
Annual Bonus: Approximately 25%–35% of base salary, awarded based on individual performance and team goals.
Stock Options: Granted $10,000–$50,000 in restricted stock units (RSUs) or options annually, vesting over four years.
401(k) Retirement Plan: Matched contributions based on years of service, typically 3%–6% of base salary.
