Job Description

Role Overview: As the Senior Vice President of Investment Operations (SVP) at Pictet LLP, you will play a crucial role in the senior management team, overseeing investment operations and strategy execution. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient, compliant, and secure investment processes while supporting global investment business expansion and organizational capability building. Key Responsibilities: - Translate the company's investment strategy into actionable plans and KPIs. - Coordinate resources across departments to implement investment objectives and strategies. - Support global investment deployment and new business development. - Establish and optimize the investment operations system and process standardization. - Drive digitalization, automation, and data-driven decision-making in the investment process. - Ensure compliance with global regulatory and information security requirements. - Conduct regular investment process risk assessments and internal reviews. - Lead the investment operations team and foster a high-performance culture. - Develop key talent and enhance the professional capabilities of the investment team. - Work with product, client success, and research teams to optimize investment products and services. - Utilize investment and client data analytics to enhance investment performance and client satisfaction. - Identify innovative investment opportunities and drive investment process optimization. Qualifications Required: - Over 20 years of experience in investment operations, investment management, or general management, with at least 5 years in a senior management position. - Familiarity with investment operation models and regulatory requirements in financial, technology, or digital asset industries. - Experience in cross-regional, multi-business line investment operation management. - Strong strategic thinking, execution, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related majors; MBA/EMBA preferred. - Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-departmental management skills.
