Job Overview: The Senior Vice President of Investment Operations (SVP) will be a core member of the company's senior management team, fully responsible for investment operations and strategy execution, ensuring the efficient, compliant, and secure execution of investment processes. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Execution and Investment Planning Translate the company's investment strategy into actionable investment operation plans and key performance indicators (KPIs). Coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure the implementation of investment objectives and strategies. Support the senior management team in driving global investment deployment and new business development. Investment Operations Management and Process Optimization Establish and optimize the investment operations system, process standardization, and performance evaluation mechanisms. Improve cross-departmental investment execution efficiency and optimize cost and resource allocation. Drive the digitalization, automation, and data-driven decision-making of the investment process. Risk, Compliance, and Security Management Ensure that investment operations comply with global regulatory, compliance, and information security requirements.
