Senior Testing Engineer

Job Title: Testing Engineer & Technical Coordinator 

Location: Moti nagar, Delhi

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Testing Engineer who can seamlessly balance automation testing, manual testing, and cross-functional coordination across multiple platforms. 

This role requires working closely with our development teams for the website, CRM, Android app, and iOS app—ensuring smooth communication, timely deliveries, and product quality. In addition to core QA responsibilities, the ideal candidate will be able to manage and integrate multiple internal software tools used across the company, understanding business requirements and ensuring operational efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Testing & Quality Assurance 

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web, mobile, and CRM applications. 
• Use tools like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Rest Assured (or similar) to build and maintain robust automation suites. 
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing. 
• Create detailed bug reports, track defects, and verify fixes in coordination with developers. Ensure compatibility and usability across platforms and devices. 

2. Cross-functional Coordination 

• Act as the primary liaison between QA, developers, and product teams. 
• Gather development updates and communicate testing requirements clearly to developers. 
• Work closely with business teams to understand features, workflows, and requirements. Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with stakeholders before release. 

3. Technical & Operational Support 

• Manage and troubleshoot multiple internal software tools used within the company (e.g., CRM, marketing platforms, reporting tools). 
• Provide technical inputs for process automation and workflow optimization. 
• Oversee software integrations between systems and ensure data consistency. 
• Collaborate with IT for technical support and operational enhancements. 

4. Documentation & Process.

• Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and technical documentation.
• Maintain release notes and track change logs for new deployments.  
• Define and enforce QA best practices across the organization. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 

Experience:

• 4+ years in software testing (automation + manual). 
• Strong expertise in Selenium, Java, TestNG, Rest Assured, Postman, SQL, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins). 
• Experience with mobile app testing (Android & iOS). 
• Proficiency in testing APIs and integrating automation with reporting tools. 
• Excellent understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies. 
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams. 
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot multiple software platforms. 

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM platforms (LeadSquared or similar). 
• Familiarity with Power BI or other data reporting tools. 
• Exposure to product operations and process automation. 
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for debugging.
