Senior Testing Engineer

As a Senior Testing - Engineer at MaxVolt Energy Industries Pvt. You will lead the testing and validation process, develop comprehensive testing protocols, and analyze test results to identify areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the testing and validation of lithium battery products to ensure performance and safety standards are met. - Develop and implement comprehensive testing protocols for various battery applications. - Analyze test results and generate detailed reports to identify potential issues and areas for improvement. - Establish and maintain quality assurance processes for battery testing. - Ensure all testing procedures comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Manage and mentor a team of testing technicians and engineers. - Coordinate team activities for timely and accurate completion of testing projects. - Oversee the maintenance and calibration of testing equipment and facilities. - Identify and recommend new testing equipment and technologies to improve testing capabilities. - Collect and analyze data from testing activities to identify trends and anomalies. - Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. - Work closely with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in battery testing technologies and methodologies. - Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in battery testing, preferably within the lithium battery or electronics manufacturing industry.
