Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor/Study Abroad Advisor located in New Delhi. The selected candidate will guide prospective students through the admissions process for studying abroad, provide personalized counseling, and develop targeted strategies to help students achieve their goals. Daily responsibilities include consulting with students and families, managing communications, addressing inquiries, and fostering strong relationships while supporting them through education and visa processes. Additionally, the role involves promoting company services and assisting with enrollment procedures.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication and Sales expertise
• Knowledge or experience in the Education sector
• Ability to handle inquiries and provide tailored consultation
• Proficiency in building relationships and assisting students
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; experience in study abroad services is a plus
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth application processes
