About You

can use your work to get smarter.You’re proactive, not reactive. You spot gaps before anyone asks, simplify complex systems into clarity, and build content that scales as fast as the product itself.This isn’t a support role, it’s a product role. You’ll be embedded in the product team, fully dialed into what we’re building and how it all connects.This is a remote role based in India.
You Will
- Own the entire Fello Knowledge Base including structure, governance, and evolution
- Build and maintain a knowledge ecosystem that both humans and AI can leverage for learning, training, and real-time support
- Write and manage everything from in-app copy to deep technical documentation such as user guides, API docs, release notes, and help articles
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Support, and Customer Success to translate technical depth into simple, actionable content
- Define and enforce Fello’s content style system covering tone, taxonomy, naming conventions, and structure
- Run content audits and search analysis to continuously improve usability, accessibility, and findability
- Build documentation frameworks optimized for AI ingestion and retrieval to ensure structured, high-signal content
- Lead content localization and translation initiatives to scale globally
- Track key metrics such as article engagement, support deflection, and feedback to improve content
You Have
- 4+ years as a Technical Writer, UX Writer, or Content Designer in SaaS or platform environments
- Proven experience owning documentation systems or developer knowledge bases end to end
- Experience managing or evolving a HubSpot Knowledge Base is a strong plus
- Strong ability to simplify complex technical systems into clear, actionable communication
- Hands-on experience with Markdown, GitHub or GitLab, ReadMe, Swagger or OpenAPI, Confluence, or similar tools
- Proficiency in Figma for collaboration and context on product flows
- Experience writing API documentation and technical integration content
- Understanding of information architecture, taxonomy, and search optimization Some knowledge of HTML, CSS, or frontend frameworks
- High attention to detail with the ability to self-review and ensure consistency across large systems
- Bonus: You've built documentation optimized for AI model or chat-based retrieval
