Job Description

Meet with SMEs, Product Managers, Developers and other stakeholders to understand technical information and product specifications
Develop and maintain user-friendly documentation for the installation, administration and use of JFrog products ensuring accuracy and clarity, including, API documentation, technical specifications, YAML and JSON files, and more
Test and validate the accuracy of the sample code as documented

As a Technical Writer you need...

7+ years of experience as a technical writer for software development company, preferably for enterprise software companies.
Native english speaker, or english at a native level
Experience writing documentation for a technical audience, installation guides, REST APIs, and Release Notes
Experience working in public clouds including AWS, Google Cloud and Azure. Ability to install and configure in these environments
Able to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork
Ability to work accurately, quickly, and with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of DevOps principles, processes, and tools (advantage)
Experience working in an Agile development environment with rapidly changing priorities (advantage)
Experience in documenting scripts (advantage)
Experience working on Paligo, Fluid Topics or equivalent tools (Advantage
Hands-on experience in documenting DevOPS products, familiarity with YAML and JSON are a big plus
