Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:

● Design and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy for all designated accounts.

● Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Account Management) to create an integrated recruitment plan.

● Assist in the development and execution of new recruiting processes and tools.

● Take ownership of the recruitment life cycle, build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

● Developing and implementing targeted recruitment strategies to source top talent in niche areas. ● Building and maintaining strong relationships with Talent, understanding their specific needs and providing them with exceptional service.

● Meet or exceed weekly and monthly expectations.

● Analyze recruiting data and metrics to identify areas for self-improvement.

● Responsible for ensuring system adherence and compliance.

● Assist new hires or junior recruiters, providing guidance and insights to help them develop their recruitment skills and succeed in their roles.

Requirement

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.

● Demonstrate specialized recruitment experience in a specific line of business or industry - act as a Subject Matter Expert

● At least 6-10 years of recruitment experience, demonstrating a successful history of managing high-volume placements.

● In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
