About The Role

As a Senior IT Recruiter, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for senior-level IT positions, employing diverse sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Your role is pivotal in shaping our organization's success by identifying, engaging, and securinghigh-caliber IT professionals.

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire IT recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top-tiercandidates to conducting interviews and finalizing hiring decisions.Specialize in recruiting senior-level IT professionals for both permanent andcontract positions.Utilize a variety of recruitment techniques, including job postings, resumesearching, internal databases, and leveraging platforms such as Naukri,LinkedIn, Facebook, and employee referrals.Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates to attract top talent tothe organization.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current staffing needs andanticipate future requirements, providing strategic insights andrecommendations.Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans aligned withorganizational goals.Lead initiatives to enhance the company's employment branding and attract diversecandidates. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to track progress, identify areasfor improvement and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

Proven experience in end-to-end IT recruitment for senior-level roles, encompassingboth permanent and contract hiring.Strong understanding of the IT industry, including emerging trends, technologies, andjob market dynamics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport withcandidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms to sourceand engage candidates effectively.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attentionto detail and delivering high-quality results.
