As a Technical Recruiter at CleverTap, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support our innovative and fast-paced work environment in multiple regions across the globe.

What will you do:

- Recruit exceptional A-Players to join CleverTap s rapidly growing Engineering, Product and Design teams - Collaborate with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile - Develop and refine an interview process that enhances our assessment quality while optimising the candidate experience - Be a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a strong understanding of the talent pool - Facilitate a pipeline of strong candidates for future needs - Implement modern sourcing/recruiting methods - Lead and/or participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to hiring - Partner with the People team in contributing to the overall employer branding strategy

What are we looking for

5-8 years of experience in end to end recruitment in technology hiring, preferably from a Product tech/Saas background
Experience in hiring for global roles is preferred
Strong boolean skills and experience with various sourcing platforms and job boards
Fluency in English
A high attention to detail
Flexibility, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Experience collaborating with Senior Stakeholders and Hiring Managers
A data driven approach and experience with analytics dashboards
