As a Technical Recruiter, you'll be the architect of our talent pipeline, hunting down the best tech talent in the industry and bringing them on board. Job Description: We're looking for Technical Recruiters who are passionate about technology, have excellent communication skills, and are hustlers when it comes to finding top talent. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for: Sourcing and recruiting top talent in AI, Data Science, and Product companies through job boards, social media, and other channels Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing offers Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their talent needs and preferences Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals Collaborating with the talent partnering function to strengthen our hiring processes and ensure that we're attracting the best talent in the industry Requirements: Minimum 2 years & maximum of 6 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in AI, Data Science, and Product companies Working as Individual contributor and have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of technology and trends with Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with Must have Experience with recruitment tools and platforms, including job boards and social media Must Have: Expertise in recruiting for tech roles, specifically Java, Microsoft, Big Data stack, data science, data analytics, AI/ML, manual and automation testers, Product Delivery, Product Design, etc Nice to Have: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS tools like UKG / Greenhouse) and candidate management systems Knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics What We Offer: Opportunities for growth and development in a fast-growing company Collaborative and dynamic work environment Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance If You're a Fit: You're passionate about technology and recruitment You're a hustler when it comes to finding top talent You're an excellent communicator and team player You're able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines How to Apply: If you're excited about this opportunity, please submit your resume on artee.puri@hilabs.com and explaining why you're the perfect fit for this role.
